About the Role
We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and user-focused UI/UX Product Designer to join our growing Syncly team. You’ll play a key role in our growth story, shaping intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences across our products. This is a remote role but we value occasional in-person collaboration as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, Syncly customers and internal stakeholders to define and design user-centric solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with our partners to ensure design solutions align with partner platform capabilities and integration requirements
- Design for a SaaS product used by legal professionals globally, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Help build, maintain and evolve our design system.
- Work closely with the engineering team to bring product vision to life.
- Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer in a digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and outcomes.
- A strong proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter, happy to work autonomously and proactively.
- Happy working for a small start up company with big ambitions.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile product teams.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Experience designing for B2B/SaaS products.
